If you need daily cleaning, you have to request it at the front desk. Cleaning primarily involves emptying trash bins and changing bath towels, with no other services provided. They don't clean the room at all, and they don't even take out the trash. But apparently, this is par for the course in Australia, judging by the filth on the streets)."
